Yellowstone

We had a fun family camping trip June 24-25. We stayed at the Riverside campgroung in Island Park and then Ty and his girlfriend met up with us and we all went to Yellowstone.

Maggie had a blast in the car, and getting out and going for hikes.  She thought riding on Dad's shoulders was the awesomest thing in the world. Lots of arm flapping, she does that when she likes something or really wants something. It's stinkin' cute. She likes the backpack too, because then she could see everything and be at eye level with everyone.

We hiked down to the brim of the lower falls.  It's a pretty steep hike, lots of the older people look at us like we were crazy for taking the kids in the backpack.  But they thought Maggie was SO cute, cause she was singing the whole way. She likes to sing.  She can't talk, but she like to sing!

Landen's favorite part was the BUS! Honestly!  He was so excited to get his picture taken by the bus.  He didn't want to go potty before we left, so I told him I would take his picture by the bus if he went. haha. It worked though and the picture turned out great!  Landen had a blast seeing the buffalo, elk, deer and antelope, but he really wanted to see a moose.  But we didn't, because those are sort of hard to find on demand.  Like really, any old day a mile from our house, but a Saturday at Yellowstone? Good Luck.

You're kids are getting so big and so cute. Yellowstone looks like fun. We totally need to take our kids there again! :)
