Kids Say The Darndest Things

So, we're at the grocery store, and Landen is happily telling me all about the fruit he sees in the produce section.  Then he spots a man-- he's a little rough looking with a full brown beard.

And Landen says to me, "Look! Jesus!"
And then he begins calling to the man, "Hi! Jesus!"  "Jesus! Hi!"
And I am a little mortified. So, I tell him that's not Jesus and try to shush him, pushing the cart out the produce section.
But you can still hear Landen. "Bye Jesus! Bye!"

I hope the man had a sense of humor.
