Hanging In There

I don't know why I haven't blogged in awhile. I just haven't.  I'm not working anymore, and things are going good with Michael's job.  We've just been 'here' adjusting and living up the Idaho weather.

So, here's a brief collection of some of things we've been doing.

Maggie's napping.  She's 7 1/2 months now and almost crawling. She is able to move around pretty good by twisting, rolling and lunging. She is constantly getting those cubbing limbs stuck in her crib. 

Maggie likes being outside. She doesn't care much for the hat. Or the camera. She just wants to eat it.

Landen loves to play with his chicks.  He calls them, "here chikee chikees," and tries to ge them to follow him around like puppies.  He's very good at feeding and watering them. Almost too good. He loves to let them out to play on warm days too.

Our family, my brothers, Michael's brothers and cousing went to the civil defense caves. We attempted to roast hot dogs. And then when it started to rain they went exploring and I hung out in the truck with the babies. It was good times and memories. 

Landen wanted his picture taken.  He is goofy sometimes. He says the darndest things and entertains everyone.

I originally got the camera out because Maggie's hair was all poofy and it was funny. But you can't see it very well. She's pretty cute anyway.

P.S. We got a new niece! Becky and Dan had a baby girl on Thursday! Hurray!
