Did the thermostat in Michael's truck work? Of course not. So, we froze not only outside but in the truck too. (mostly, we did manage to outsmarted it on the way back)
But we found the most perfect natural christmas tree. We all survived, we will be better prepared next year (if we go) and we will probably always remember it.
So, here I am, chopping down the tree.
Here's what Penny did, play in the snow. Don't you love her jacket? I got it at the dollar store!
Here's Michael resizing the tree. We bought a big tree permit so we could cut a big one and cut the top off, they look nicer that way.
And Landen, bundled up and the warmest of us all. He had a great time watching what was going on and laughed when the tree feel over.
